1. Preheat a pan and add oil. Chop onions and fry until transparent.
2. Add minced meat to pan and fry until cooked.
3. Pour meat stock into the pan to make the filling juicy, but not runny.
4. Put a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each blini. Fold blini like an envelope and fry until golden brown on both sides.
